About Walmart Retail

Walmart is a premier destination for personal care, cosmetics, and over-the-counter health essentials. We are deeply committed to the success of our Health and Beauty (HBA) departments. Our Sales Floor network relies on an elite tier of highly detailed associates who maintain our complex, small-item inventory, optimize their storefront aisles, and achieve massive retail success through pristine visual presentation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Precision Merchandising: Execute the most detailed stocking in the store. You will meticulously arrange thousands of cosmetics, vitamins, and personal care items onto specific peg hooks and modular shelves, ensuring labels face perfectly forward.
• Inventory Security: Maintain high vigilance. You will utilize locking peg hooks, security cases, and display glass to protect high-theft cosmetic and grooming items, assisting customers promptly when they require an item to be unlocked.
• Product Guidance: Provide polite, helpful assistance to customers searching for specific personal care brands, utilizing your handheld digital scanner to locate inventory in the backroom if the shelf is empty.
• Aisle Maintenance (Zoning): Constantly refine the visual appeal of the department. Small items easily become disorganized; you will spend significant time "zoning" the aisles to restore absolute visual perfection throughout your shift.

Qualifications and Total Rewards

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a strong aptitude for detailed, repetitive organizational tasks. You must have the patience to sort small inventory and the interpersonal skills to assist customers warmly. Walmart rewards its Health and Beauty Representatives with a fantastic, highly competitive hourly salary, performance bonuses, comprehensive corporate benefits, and exceptional schedule stability.
